the new changes

COuld someone make those new things clear like: Warning level, points etc. I looked today and saw the changes ( was in AMsterdam before )

Warning level is how many warning you have and points is for good posts.

How does points work ? How many characters in a post ? or the usefullness ?

i think it is random because my posts are usually long and are answers to other peoples questions or article like things.

and when is it good ? I think rick has more useful posts than me and still I have a better point average (1.7 to 1.49 or so)

it is based on nothing probably

Ok i readed some reply's and oppions,
Points: are bassed on the amount you post,
is has nothing to do with good/bad post when i post the letter a i get points when i post a whole story about my computer i will get the same amount off points as the a the point system is kinda usseless,
Reputation: You can get reputain if people click the +/- icons on the right off your post if you think that person made a good post/helpfull you can press the + to get his reputation up,
if you don't like his topic/post click - to get his reputation down.
Hope this explained about this system,

Yep so next time when you see something nice/cools (like the new header) rep the person for that or if you dont like it - rep him

ok, today i found out something strange about these point stuff:
adoniis(someone who got one message and it was an advertisement for a private server, i sencored the name) only posted som advertisement and he got 6 points for that! if i got 6 points for each message i would got 600 points, so i think that 6 points per message is a whole lot. i gave that message a - and then it turned into 5 points...
then points are based on both reputation and length of the message, regardless of spam? but still thats not right.
